Whilst working under the banner of LSM Coach/LSM Plan, we were invited to present at the yearly IOM retreat for all their staff.
Over 300 hundred attendees, and we gave three presentations; “Career Progression”; “Stress Management & Work/Life Balance”; “Lifestyle Planning”.
A huge effort put together by a great team at LSM International – Les, Diana, Faith, Thama (back row), myself and Joyce (front row).

Interview with Stephen Fleischer, founder of “The Fleischer Foundation” – April 2024
There are a number of charities supporting groups and people in Africa, and then there’s the Fleischer Foundation. The Fleischer Foundation is a non-for-profit organisation, and works to empower children from the Mukuru Kwa Njenga slum of Nairobi, Kenya through education and mentorship.
I had the pleasure of interviewing the founder of the foundation, Stephen Fleischer through his connection with Lifestyle Management. He was born and raised in New York City, and it was great to get his view on the cultures and lifestyles of two completely different countries and people.
In this discussion, Stephen talks about The Fleischer Foundation and what it stands for, as well as a new charity he also founded – “Africa in the Moot” – and their impact in Kenya.
